This site is the gateway to Tech-Prep information and resources available to our students, educators, and community members throughout the Golden Crescent region and beyond. Our partnership serves the eight counties identified as the Golden Crescent region. These counties are Calhoun, Dewitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Lavaca, Refugio, and Victoria. Any high school can articulate courses with our partnership and the Victoria College. We have Tech-Prep classes articulated in high schools in the following five counties: Matagorda, Wharton, Colorado, Guadalupe, and Karnes counties.  See the section on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for how to articulate Tech-Prep classes and programs with our partnership. Our partnership has created a collaborative network of business and community leaders, industry and educational institutions. Our educational partners include seventeen school districts, Victoria College, and University of Houston-Victoria. These partners are working together to realize the goals and missions of the Tech-Prep initiative. Mini Grants have been awarded. Those who will be receiving funds have been notified by email and should have received a letter at their home campus.
